Zayed Saeed Al Shamsi

Emirati lawyer and legal advisor. He is the founder of the “ Zayed Al Shamsi Law Firm and Legal Consultations ” since 1998, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “ National Human Rights Commission ” since December 19, 2021, and a certified arbitrator at the Sharjah Center for International Commercial Arbitration “Arbitration ,” and a certified legal trainer. He is a member of The International Bar Association, the Arab Lawyers Union , the International Bar Network, the American Bar Association, the International Electronic Media Federation, and a member of the Scientific Council of the American University in the Emirates and the University of Sharjah . He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “ Emirates Association of Lawyers and Jurists ”, the “Society for Coordination between Public Benefit Societies”, President of the “Emirates Center for Human Rights Studies”, Deputy Attorney General in Dubai, and Third Vice President of the “International Federation of Jurists”. He is a member of the Emirates Human Rights Association , a member of the Advisory Council of the Dubai Courts , and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Islamic Lawyers Organization and the International Bar Association. He holds a doctorate in private law in the field of privatization, and a bachelor’s degree in Law and Police Sciences in 1991 from the Dubai Police Academy .
