He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the same company since August 9, 2006, “Dubai Financial Market”, “HDFC” Life Insurance Company, “Virgin Hyperloop One”, and “Through Transport Mutual Insurance Association Ltd”.

He is also a Chartered Certified Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the International Cricket Council.

He served as Chief Financial Officer at Salalah Port Services Company in the Sultanate of Oman, and Head of Corporate and Project Finance for the South Asia region at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.

He was also a member of the Board of Directors of “Istithmar International Company” and “IDFC Securities”.

He was named the best CFO for the years 2008, 2015, 2016, and 2018 by the CFO Strategies Forum for the Middle East and North Africa.

He has more than 24 years of experience in the ports and international banking sectors.
