Yousef AlSaleh

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of "Thabat Almaskan Real Estate Company" since 2017, Saudi Arabia.

AlSaleh has succeeded in positioning "Thabat Almaskan" as a major partner in providing housing solutions, contributing to achieving "Saudi Vision 2030" in raising the percentage of citizens owning housing units, and providing innovative housing solutions in cooperation with the "National Housing Company".

Prior to leading "Thabat Almaskan", AlSaleh started his career as a consultant at "Booz & Company" for 3 years and then held several positions at "RAFAL Real Estate Development Company", namely: Lead Business Development Representative (2011-2014), Business Development Director between (2014-2015), Chief Business Development Officer between (2015-2017), Deputy Chief Executive Officer until 2022.

He was also a Board Member at "Ajdan Real Estate Development Company" between 2018-2023 and a member of the Executive Committee of "RAFAL Real Estate Development Company".

AlSaleh holds an MBA from "Cass Business School", London, as well as a number of advanced qualifications including an MA in Marketing Management from the "University of Westminster" in the UK in 2009. He also studied at "INSEAD", joined “Real Estate Management Program: Finance, Design and Leadership” at "Harvard Business School" Executive Education, and graduated with a BA in Marketing from the "University of Miami" in the USA.
