He is the Director General of the " Sharjah Central Finance Department ", Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Sharjah Holding Company ", a member of the Board of Directors of " Bank of Sharjah " since 2022, " Air Arabia " since 2017, " Tilal Real Estate Company ", and a member of the Financial Policy Committee at the " Ministry of Finance ".
He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Investment Bank, representing the Government of Sharjah, between April 2019 and May 2022.
He worked for a number of government agencies and private companies in the UAE, including: “ Sharjah International Airport Authority ”, “ Dubai Holding Company ”, and “ Al-Futtaim Group ”.
He has over 25 years of experience in government accounting, budgeting, organization, strategic management, crisis management, administrative organization and strategic planning.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom.
