He is a researcher and writer in self-development and human resource management through the theses of the generation gap and organizational change management.

He is a member of several committees and work teams in the Gulf Cooperation Council, including the Coordination and Follow-up Committee in the Field of Municipal Work, the Committee for Developing Legislation and Municipal Control Mechanisms, the Team Specialized in the Urban Environment, the Content Team of the Municipal Information Database Portal, the Technical Committee for Municipal Work in the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment , and a member of several work teams in the Ministry.

He has over 20 years of experience in process development, operational management, policy and procedure organization and services to accelerate business growth, logistics management, financial and revenue management.

He held the position of Head of the Municipal Affairs Coordination Department at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, and held the position of Director of the Operations Center and Chief Logistics Officer at Al Foah Company between 2014 and 2018. He also held several positions in the Air Force and Air Defense.

His works include: “The Boiling Frog”, “The Leader of Freedom”, and “Hamda in the City of Sharjah”.

He has published various academic research papers, including: “Population Growth and Its Impact on Retirement Age in the UAE”, “The Impact of Covid-19 on Projects in the United Arab Emirates”, and “The Impact of Technology on Project Management”.

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University , a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Macclesfield College in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the American University in the Emirates .
