Shaikha Ali Al Dhaheri

Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Shared Services at ADNOC Drilling since May 2022, United Arab Emirates.

She held several positions at ADNOC Group, including: Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at ADNOC Offshore between 2020 and 2022, and Vice President of Talent Management between 2018 and 2020.

She also held several positions at Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO), including: Vice President of Workforce Development between 2016 and 2017, Vice President of Corporate Governance between 2014 and 2016, Deputy Director of Business Support between 2010 and 2014, and Leader of the Planning and Strategy Team between 2008 and 2010, in addition to her work as a Contracts Engineer between 2004 and 2008.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2002 from Zayed University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same university.
