Representative of the President of the State, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He served as Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Public Works Department, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Deputy Commander of the Abu Dhabi Defense Forces, Commander of the Western Military Region, President of the Emirates Heritage Club, and President of the Sultan Bin Zayed Centre. For Culture and Media, and President of the UAE Football Association between 1976 and 1981.
