She has been a member of the Federal National Council for the Emirate of Sharjah since November 11, 2019, a member of the Arab Parliament , and a member of the Legislative, Legal and Human Rights Affairs Committee in the same parliament.

She is a candidate for the 2023 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Sharjah.

She is also the founder of Shaza Beauty Center, a member of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Business Women Council , an advisor to the committees affiliated with the members of the Board of Directors of the same Council, and a certified trainer from the Bristol Academy of Educational Sciences in the United Kingdom.

She has 10 years of experience in trading across the Arabian Gulf.

She holds a Master’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Sharjah . She also completed the Professional Diploma in Parliamentary Work from the same university, the Professional Diploma for International Leaders from the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University , and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
