He held many positions in the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry , namely: legal researcher, head of the Legal Affairs Department, and was also head of the Legal Affairs Department in the Sharjah Center for International Commercial Arbitration, and a legal advisor in both the Jaafar Alwan and Al Jaziri Lawyers and Legal Consultants Office. “Between 2003 and 2006, and the “Ahmed and Rashid Al-Rasheed Law Office and Legal Consultations” between 1997 and 2003, and a legal researcher in the “Bujasim and Al-Maliki Office” between 1996 and 1997.
He participated in many conferences specialized in the field of commercial arbitration and dispute settlement with many research papers. He contributed to spreading the culture of arbitration in the Emirates, and he has three books, which are: “The arbitration judiciary in the Emirates, the principles and rulings issued by the Federal Supreme Court in Abu Dhabi and the Dubai Court of Cassation in seventeen years” in 2009, and “The extent to which it is possible to dispense with the provisions of the theory of emergency circumstances with theoretical provisions.” Subsequent injustice - a comparative study between Egyptian and French law in 2012, in addition to the book “Arbitration in Technology Transfer Contracts” in 2019, and the “Arab Encyclopedia of Arbitration” in 2020.
He holds a doctorate in law in 2019 from “ Tanta University ,” a master’s degree in civil law in 2012 from “ Menoufia University ,” and a bachelor’s degree in law in 1992 from “ Mansoura University .”
