Sarah Al-Bakri

Vice President of Human Resources at National Central Cooling Company “ Tabreed ” since April 2021, United Arab Emirates.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of: “ Tabreed Cooling Plants Operation and Maintenance Company ” since September 2020, and Bahrain District Cooling Company “ Bahrain Post ” since June 2021.

She held several positions at the National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed), including: Acting Vice President of Human Resources between 2020 and 2021, Senior Manager of Training and Emiratisation between 2019 and 2020, and Director of Training and Emiratisation between 2017 and 2019. She also worked at the Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center ( AMMROC ) between 2013 and 2017, where she was responsible for training and development, and was then promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Talent Management.

She was a member of the Parents Council at Al Raha International School between 2014 and 2017, and held the position of IT Officer at ADNOC Distribution between 2004 and 2005.

She holds an Executive Master’s in Public Administration in 2011 from Zayed University , and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems in 2003 from the same university.
