Salah Alharbi

General Counsel at the SIDF Investment Company (SIC) since August 2024, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Salah has previously held several legal and advisory positions across both public and private sectors, including:

• General Counsel and Board Secretary at Jada Fund of Funds.
• General Counsel and Board Secretary at Al Rajhi Holding Group
• Legal Expert at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology
• Senior Legal Counsel at Huawei
• Lawyer at Al-Arrab Contracting Company
• Lawyer at Zamakhchary & Co. for Legal Consultancy, in collaboration with Linklaters.
• Senior Legal Counsel at Fawaz Al Hokair & Co now known as Cenomi Retail.

In addition, Salah has also acted as external legal counsel to a number of companies, including:

• Telecommunication Towers Company Ltd (Tawal), a subsidiary of STC.
• DaVita Saudi Arabia
• Mrsool Information Technology Company
• Keeta Arabia for Information Technology

He holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Wake Forest University (2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University (2010).

He has also completed executive training with the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) and the Finance for Non-Financial Professionals Program at the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
