Former Board Member of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) for the period from 29 April 2020 to 15 March 2023, United Arab Emirates.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Power Corporation between June 2018 and July 2020, Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development between 2017 and 2019, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development between 2017 and 2019, Emirates Steel between 2014 and 2019, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Holding Corporation "Sinaat" between 2017 and 2018, and was a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council .

He also held several positions in the Economic Balance Council “Tawazun” , including: Member of the Board of Directors between 2017 and 2018, CEO between 2008 and 2017, and Executive Director of the Offset Projects Unit.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Forsan International Sports Resort between 2013 and 2018, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rabdan Academy between 2014 and 2018, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caracal Company between 2007 and 2017, Member of the Board of Trustees of the United Arab Emirates University between 2014 and 2016, Member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company between 2009 and 2016, Member of the Board of Directors of Excel London Company between 2009 and 2016, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Burkan Munitions Systems Company between 2008 and 2016, and Tawazun Precision Industries Company between 2006 and 2016.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development between 2008 and 2014, the Tourism Development and Investment Company between 2009 and 2014, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Colleges of Technology between 2011 and 2014, and the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority between 2009 and 2011, in addition to his chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company between 2008 and 2011.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Lewis & Clark College in the United States of America in 2000.
