Saeed Rashid Al-Yateem

Assistant Undersecretary for the Resources and Budget Sector at the UAE Ministry of Finance , United Arab Emirates. He is Vice-Chairman of the “Government Financial Policy Coordination Council” affiliated with the same ministry, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Etihad Rail” and “ Dubai Financial Market ” since December 21, 2021, and the “Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development,” and a member “The Emirates Council for the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” and a member of the “United Arab Emirates University” Council, the “Emirates Council for Government Services,” and the “Federal Tax Authority.” He held several positions in the UAE Ministry of Finance , including Director of the Budget Department between 2002 and 2009, Deputy Director of the Investment Department, and Senior Manager in the Investment Department. He held the position of Director General of the Office of the Director of Dubai Customs between 1998 and 2001, and was a researcher in the Research Department at the same time. The entity between 1996 and 1998, and he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company “du” , the “Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates”, and the “Gulf Investment Corporation” in Kuwait. He holds a BA in Political Science in 1995 from the United Arab Emirates University.
