Saeed Mohammed Al Mazrouei

Vice President of Finance and Executive Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Mubadala Investment Company, United Arab Emirates. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company “Masdar”, “Modon Real Estate Company” since 2018, “CEPSA” and “Mubadala Medical Company”. He worked at the National Investor Company between 2005 and 2007, was a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, and held the position of Executive Director of the Debt Management Office at the Department of Finance in Abu Dhabi. He was a member of the project management team that oversaw the merger between Mubadala Development and the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) in 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in International Investment in Securities and Banking in 2005 from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, and a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the National Defense College in the Emirates, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2003 from Suffolk University in the United States of America.
