Saeed bin Muhammad Al-Raqbani

Special Advisor to the Ruler of Fujairah since 2006, United Arab Emirates. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Fujairah , Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Charitable Society since 1987, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Regional Development Foundation , and a member of the Board of Trustees of Ajman University . He served as Minister of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment between 1977 and 2006, Director of the Passports and Nationality Department in the Emirate of Fujairah between 1968 and 1972, and a member of the Federal National Council representing the Emirate of Fujairah between 1972 and 1977.
