Neeraj Agrawal

Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Crescent Group , United Arab Emirates.

He is an Executive Director at Crescent Enterprises, a member of the Executive Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Gulftainer, a member of the Indian Council of Business and Professionals, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Before joining Crescent Group, he worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young between 1984 and 1988, and a management consultant for the aviation industry at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 1983 and 1984.

He won the “Best Restructuring Transaction of the Year 2013” award at the International Financial Law Review Awards in the Middle East.

Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Commerce in 1978 from Delhi University in India, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
