He has more than 20 years of experience in the free zones and ports sector, where he served as Director of Human Resources at DP World between 1999 and 2007, and Head of Administrative Affairs at Jebel Ali Free Zone. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Tennis Authority between 1982 and 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1976 from Concord College in the United Kingdom, and holds a certificate in project management development from Harvard Business School in the United States of America.
