She has been Vice President of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center ( Sheraa ) since June 2024, a Fellow in the Aspen Institute's Middle East Leadership Program since September 2011, an Eisenhower Global Initiative Fellow since March 2019, founder of the Khayara platform, a founding member of the Women Directors Foundation, and co-chair of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Working Group at the UAE-UK Business Council .

She has been a member of the Advisory Board of the MIT Technology Review Arabia platform since 2018, and a member of the Board of Directors of:
