He has over 25 years of practical experience in the ICT sector.
He joined Microsoft Gulf in 2009, where he held several leadership positions, including General Manager of the company in the UAE, Regional Director of the Enterprise and Partner Group, General Manager of the company's branch in Qatar, and Director of the Public Sector.
He served as Director of Enterprise Sales at Citrix Systems, and Director of IT Infrastructure Solutions Sales at NCR Corporation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Balamand University in Lebanon in 1997.
