Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at Saudi Aramco since July 1, 2020, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Limited.
He served as the Head of the Office of the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute for Industrial Training. He also held several leadership positions at Saudi Aramco , including: Acting Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Services, Vice President of Aramco Affairs, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Pipelines, Distribution and Terminals, Executive Director of Industrial Services, Executive Director of Residential Services, and Director General of Training and Development of Functional Competencies.
He began his career with Saudi Aramco in 1980 in the Home Ownership Division, then was appointed Head of the Home Ownership Unit in 1992. In September 1998, he was appointed Head of the Home Ownership and Housing Development Division, and two years later he became Director of the government schools built by Aramco. In February 2002, he became Director of the Central Housing Services Department.
He was assigned many tasks within the Human Resources and Support Services Department at Aramco, and he also held the position of Acting General Manager of Medical Services, Acting Director of Personnel Affairs, and Acting Executive Director of Housing, Buildings and Office Services.
He studied at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1998, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same specialization in 1985.
