Muhammad Saif Al-Afkham

Director General of Fujairah Municipality , United Arab Emirates. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Natural Resources Foundation , President of the International Theater Authority in Fujairah, and the International Monodrama Association. He is also a founding member and director of the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival since 2003. He served as director of the Fujairah Culture Authority. And the media”, President of the International Theater Authority, and Deputy Director General of the Fujairah Municipality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in the United States of America.
