Muhammad Abdul Latif Khalifa

Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah , United Arab Emirates. He is the Director General of the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Public Policy Research, a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Center for Competitiveness and Statistics , a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, and a member of both the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Council of Emirates Competitiveness Award ” since December 15, 2020. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Federal Authority for the Development and Employment of Human Resources, and the Board of Directors of Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Society for Social Development. He held the position of Senior Advisor for several tasks, including strategic planning, performance management and institutional excellence in the “Al Ain Municipality”, and Managing Director of the “Dubai Real Estate College”. He also held the position of Advisor in Planning and Strategic Development in the “Al Ain Municipality”, and Director of City Planning for one of the government excellence programmes. In the “Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah”. He holds a doctorate in management in 1994 from the University of Southern California in the United States of America.
