He also held several positions at Etihad Airways including: Operations Manager of Abu Dhabi International Airport , Director of the Flight Station in Bahrain, Director of the Flight Station in Frankfurt, and Director of the Flight Station in Perth between 2011 and 2017. He has 10 years of experience in various fields such as leadership, management, public relations, Emiratisation, and security management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
