He has more than 20 years of experience in the governmental and administrative field.
He holds a doctorate in management from Case Western University in the United States of America, a master’s degree in international business administration from the University of Wollongong in Dubai , and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and management sciences from Maryville University in the United States.
