Mohammed Muslim Al-Junaibi

Non-resident Management Consultant at Emirates Centre for Government Knowledge since June 2019, UAE.

He held the position of Executive Director of Procurement at Aldar Properties between July 2020 and November 2023, Head of the Planning and Follow-up Division in the Procurement Department at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court between 2010 and 2020, and Assistant Project Manager in the Strategic Affairs Office at the same entity between 2008 and 2010.

He was also a member of the Young Arab Leaders Foundation between 2017 and 2020, a senior assessor at the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) between 2004 and 2010, a contracts manager at Aldar Properties between 2007 and 2008, and a contracts engineer at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) between 2001 and 2007.

He was a member of several committees in the Court: the Purchasing and Tenders Committee, and the Employee Proposals Study Committee.

He has over 18 years of experience in strategy, corporate excellence, procurement and contracts. He has contributed to the evaluation of several awards related to corporate excellence in both the private and government sectors such as the “Sheikh Khalifa Award for Corporate Excellence” and the “Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance”, and he also participated as a judge for the “Middle East Procurement and Supply Awards” for the year 2019 issued by the Royal Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management in 2015 from the British University in Dubai , an applied diploma in leadership excellence in 2010 from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2000 from the University of Arizona in the United States of America.
