He is the founder, owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al Badi Group ” since 1967, “ Al Badi Group for Trade and Investment - Al Badi Real Estate ”, the founder, major shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company ”, the founder and major shareholder of the Abu Dhabi National Industrial Projects Company “ADNIP”, and a founding member of “Al Ain Sports Club”.
He is also the founder and agent of many companies specialized in equipment, heavy trucks and marine locomotives, and an investor in the hotel sector, real estate development and contracting.
He participated in the founding of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and was a major shareholder and member of the bank’s board of directors between 1968 and 2009. He also participated in the founding of the Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company .
He chaired the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Industrial Projects Company (ADNIP), and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry .
