He won the “Taryam Omran Journalism Award” for the best journalistic article category in 2003, the “Distinguished Journalist Award” from the “Dubai Press Club” in 2001, and the “Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Award for Scientific Excellence” in 1995.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Mass Communication from the United Arab Emirates University in 1994.
