He has been the CEO and Managing Director of ADQ since May 2019, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Ports Company since 2024, and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) since 2020, Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and Second Vice Chairman of Aldar Properties since April 11, 2022.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of: “First Abu Dhabi Bank Egypt” since December 2023, “Advanced Technology Research Council”, “ ADNOC Distribution Company ” since March 16, 2021, “ Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund ”, “Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation” since 2019, and “Nawah Energy Company”.

Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) on 27 August 2019.

He has 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Utilities, Technology, Metals & Mining and Agriculture sectors.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Water and Electricity Company, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Power Corporation between May 2018 and July 2020, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Company during 2018. He also held several positions at Mubadala Investment Company, including: Director of Manufacturing between 2017 and 2018, Senior Vice President between 2013 and 2017, Vice President between 2007 and 2013, and Director of Metals and Mining between 2018 and 2019. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Emirates Global Aluminium, and a member of the Technology and Projects Committee in the same company.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of: “Suyadi CPC Station” in China, “Sociedad Minera de Satnander-Minisa” in Colombia, “Guinea Alumina Corporation”, “Minas Aguas Tenedas Copper Mine” in Spain, “ Aramex” between 2017 and 2020, “Muharraq Sewage Treatment Plant” between 2015 and 2016 in Bahrain, “Mubadala Reinsurance Company”, and “Al Manhal Company” between 2008 and 2014. He also held several positions in “ Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company ” and “Union National Bank”.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University in 2006.
