He has been the Director of Integrity at the Asian Football Confederation in Malaysia since May 2017, Vice President and Chairman of the Executive Council of the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation since September 2015, Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai International Sports Conference since January 2006, Chairman of the Sports Development Committee and Board Member of the Dubai Sports Council since 2006, and Chairman of the Founding Team of the Emirates Sports Arbitration Centre and the Gulf Sports Disputes Court.

He is also a founding partner at Al Kamali & Partners Law Firm since 1996, an accredited arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) since January 2015, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), an arbitrator at the Commercial Arbitration Center at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry , and the Arbitration Center at the Dubai International Financial Center , and Chairman of the Culture Authority and a member of the Board of Directors of the Olympic Council of Asia since 2010.

He has been a member of the Judicial Chamber of the Independent Ethics Committee of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) in Zurich, Switzerland, since May 2017, a member of the Legal Committee, which he co-founded, in the Association of National Olympic Committees in Lausanne, Switzerland, since 2013, and a member of the International Bar Association in Paris.

He served as Secretary General of the UAE National Olympic Committee between 2009 and 2018, was a member of the Federal National Council between 2015 and 2020, a member of the Board of Directors of the General Sports Authority between April 2014 and December 2017, and a member of the Executive Office of the Gulf National Olympic Committees.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from the University of the West of England in the United Kingdom.
