Chief Human Capital Officer at Riyad Bank since November 2020, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He held several leadership positions in the field of human resources, including: Executive Vice President of Human Capital at “Riyadh Bank” between 2018 and 2020, and General Manager of the General Department of Human Resources at “Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency” currently known as the Saudi Central Bank “ SAMA ” between 2016 and 2018.

He held several positions in Saudi British Bank ( SABB ), including: Head of Education and Talent Management between 2014 and 2016, Head of Education and Development Management between 2013 and 2014, Senior Manager of Resources and Talents between 2011 and 2013, Head of Talent Acquisition and Individual Development at Albilad Bank between 2010 and 2011, and Regional Manager of Human Resources at the same bank between 2009 and 2010.

He worked at the National Commercial Bank for more than 4 years, where he held the position of Head of Training Relations Department between 2008 and 2009, Recruitment Manager during 2008, and Senior Employee in the Recruitment Department between 2005 and 2008.

He has over 15 years of experience in the human resources sector.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in 2003. He has also completed a number of executive and leadership programs in international institutions, including: the International Institute for Management Development, the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), and the Michigan Ross School of Management.
