Saudi entrepreneur and angel investor.
He is the founder and head of growth at “Zid” since January 2017, founder and chairman of the board of directors of “Harakat Visual Production Company” since 2013, and a member of the board of directors of the “Saudi Digital Academy” since May 2019, and an advisor to Misk Foundation.
He held the position of General Manager of “Harakat Visual Production Company” between 2013 and 2018, Acting General Manager of “Qudra Company” between 2015 and 2016, which he co-founded, and CEO of “Bahr E-Commerce Company” between 2011 and 2013, which he founded, and he also participated in establishing “Qudra” in 2012, and “eTree” in 2011, he established the “E-Commerce Association”, and qualified more than 7,000 online stores.
He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the “Manga Production Company” between 2017 and 2020, and the “King Saud University Student Club” between 2008 and 2012, which he co-founded in 2004, and a member of the Opportunities Committee in the “Oqal Group” between 2013 and 2016.
He worked as Director of E-Business Development at “National Net Ventures (N2”) during 2011, Director of Production at the Electronic Services and Portals Department at “King Saud University” during 2010, Director of Projects and Websites at “MeduNet” between 2007 and 2008, and Technology Editor at “ Al-Watan newspaper between 2007 and 2008, and a systems analyst for the Saudi Telecom Company “STC” between 2006 and 2007.
He has trained and qualified more than 200,000 beneficiaries with various agencies in marketing and e-commerce.
He won the “Most Innovative Entrepreneur Award in the Kingdom” by “Forbes Middle East” in 2013, and the “Hadeel Award for New Media” in 2011.
He holds a master’s degree in e-commerce and e-marketing in 2010 from the University of Western Australia, a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2006 from King Saud University, and a certificate in digital leadership and social strategy in 2015 from Harvard Business School.
