Chief Financial Officer at The Company for Cooperative Insurance “ Tawuniya ” since October 2023, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company since June 2023.

He held the position of CFO in each of: “Ajlan & Bros Holding Company” between 2022 and 2023, the Saudi Arabian Military Industries Company “SAMI” between 2019 and 2022, and “ACWA Power Saudi Arabia Company” between 2015 and 2019.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and Audit Committee of the Saudi Arabian Military Industries Company (SAMI), and as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of ACWA Power.

He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in 2018 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, and completed the Executive Education Program from London Business School.
