Maryam Yousef Al Hosani

Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Department at the " Sharjah Sports Council " since December 2019, United Arab Emirates. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the " Emirates Marine Sports Federation ", and a member of a number of committees in the "Sharjah Sports Council", namely: the Strategic Foresight and Sports Excellence Committee, the Excellence Award Committee for Sharjah Clubs, and she is also the Head of the Women's Committee, the Head of the Grievances and Complaints Committee, and the Head of the Committee for Developing Organizational and Functional Structures in Sharjah Clubs in the same council. She held several positions at the Sharjah Sports Council, including: Acting Director of the Government Communication Department between January 2020 and January 2021, Director of the Support Services Department at the same council between July 2016 and April 2018, Vice President of the Governance Committee, and Deputy Director General of the Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation between May 2018 and November 2019. She also held several positions at the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, including: Director of the Internal Audit Department between March 2007 and June 2016, Head of the Events Committee, Vice President of the Women's Committee, in addition to membership of the Human Resources Committee. She worked as a Senior Administrator for Personnel and Emiratisation Affairs at Emirates General Transport and Services Company (Emirates Transport) between October 2002 and February 2007, and was the leader of the Employee Pulse Team, and was a member of the interview committee at the same company. She holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration in 2001 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates, a Diploma in Creativity in Government from the University of San Diego in the United States of America, in addition to a Certified Internal Auditor certificate.
