Majida Ali Rashid

CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at the Dubai Land Department , United Arab Emirates.

She has been a member of the Dubai Data and Statistics Committee since March 19, 2025.

She held several positions at the Dubai Land Department, including Executive Director of the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Sector, Assistant Director General, Head of the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Center, Director of Corporate Planning and Development, Senior Strategy Advisor, and Head of Corporate Development between 2007 and 2010.

She was selected by Arabian Business magazine as one of the "100 Most Powerful Arab Women of 2015" and ranked 36th on Forbes Middle East's "Most Powerful Arab Women of 2017."

She won the CEO of the Year Award 2014 from CEO Middle East Magazine in the Women's Category, the Emirates Women Award 2014, and the Creative Leader Award in 2015.

She holds an MBA from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, and a BA in Business Administration from Ajman University .
