Majed Al Sanea's Bio
Chief Operating Officer at the SIDF Investment Company (SIC) since January 2024, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Majed brings more than 20 years of experience across the fields of human resources, information technology, strategy, and international partnerships.
He previously worked at Saudi Aramco, where he held several roles in human resources, information technology, and strategic planning. During his time at the company’s Asia office in China, he was responsible for managing HR operations and university relations across Asia and Australia.
He was appointed Secretary of the Local Investment Committee for the Post-COVID-19 Investment Track, and has served as a member of the Montreal Group Sustainability Board and the Saudi Advanced Manufacturing Hub at the World Economic Forum.
He also served as Secretary of the D20 Long-Term Investors Club.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of North Carolina, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
