She is the Founder and CEO of Denovo Corporate Consulting in the UAE since 2010, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Lebanese International Financial Executive (LIFE) in the United Kingdom, Chairwoman and Senior Business Advisor for the Middle East at Blackrock since October 2020, and a member of the Board of Directors of: Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry since July 17, 2021, and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre .

She served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for the Middle East at Morgan Stanley between 1994 and 2009 in New York, Hong Kong, London and Dubai.

She won the “Businesswoman Award” for the year 2015, was ranked in the “Top 500 Arab Women” list by “Arabian Business Magazine” for the years 2012 and 2013, and in the “Top 100 Influential Arab Women” list, and was selected by “ Forbes Magazine ” in the “Top 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in the Middle East” list for the year 2023, and was included in the “Financial Times List of Leading Businesswomen in the Arab World”.

She has participated as a speaker in many global and regional economic and trade forums and conferences.

She holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States of America, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the same institute.
