He worked at General Motors for 18 years, holding several positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing, customer experience, and general management, including:

• President and General Manager, Europe.
• Global Director of Enterprise Customer Experience from 2019 to 2020.
• Regional Manager for the UAE, Oman and Qatar between 2009 and 2021.
• Area Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia between 2006 and 2009.
• Spare Parts Manager for the Middle East and Africa between 2005 and 2006.
• Production Development Manager for the Middle East and Africa between 2004 and 2005.

He also worked at General Motors' Oshawa Assembly Plant in Canada between 2001 and 2014.

He also held several positions at Cadillac, including:

• Vice President of North America from 2020 to 2021.
• Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing for North America from 2017 to 2019.
• Managing Director of Cadillac Canada from 2016 to 2019.
• Director of Marketing and Sales in Canada between 2015 and 2016.
• Brand Manager in Canada between 2014 and 2015.

He earned an MBA from the University of Findlay in the United States in 2002, and a BA in International Business, specializing in Commercial Law and Marketing, from the University of Toledo in the same country in 1998. He also completed several courses in transformational leadership and design thinking at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
