Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi

Executive Director of the Programs and Human Resources Planning Sector at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources since August 2016, United Arab Emirates. She held a number of positions in the same authority, including: Acting Executive Director of the Programs and Human Resources Planning Sector between 2015 and 2016, Director of the Departments of Strategic Planning, Institutional Excellence, and Performance Evaluation and Follow-up between 2012 and 2015, and Head of the Social Development Branch in the General Secretariat of the “ Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai ” between 2012 and 2015. 2003 and 2012, and a senior research analyst in the “ Executive Office - Dubai ” between 2003 and 2006. She holds a master’s degree in strategic management in 2011 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the Emirates, and a bachelor’s degree in e-commerce in 2005 from the same university.
