He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of: “ Agthia Group ” since April 16, 2020, the General Holding Company “Sinaat” since March 2020, the “National Petroleum Construction Company”, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Abu Dhabi Ports Company ”, a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Energy Company “TAQA” since April 29, 2020, and a Managing Partner in “Lonnet Company”.

He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Investment Portfolios at ADQ Holding Company between 2020 and 2021, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agility Abu Dhabi , Executive Director of the Refining and Petrochemicals Unit in the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Sector at Mubadala Development Company between 2017 and 2020, Acting CEO of Abu Dhabi National Chemicals Company ( Chemawyat ) between 2016 and 2018, and Deputy CEO of the same company between 2013 and 2016, after being the Senior Vice President of the Planning and Coordination Unit therein between 2008 and 2013.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Agility Abu Dhabi, Emirates Water and Electricity Company , and Abu Dhabi Power Corporation between March 2020 and July 2020, Emirates Manufacturing Industries Group between 2008 and 2012, Senior Vice President of Project Services at Mubadala Development Company between 2007 and 2009, and Senior Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) between 2000 and 2007.

He holds an MBA from Zayed University in 2006, and a BA in Marketing from California State University San Bernardino in the United States of America in 2000.
