Khalid bin Mustahail Al Mashani

Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Bank Muscat ” since April 2011, Sultanate of Oman.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Solidarity Bahrain Company ” since March 20, 2023, “ Al Salam Bank ” in Bahrain since April 12, 2020, “Dhofar International Development and Investment Company”, “ Oman Vegetable Oils and Derivatives Company ”, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Oman Financial Services Company ”.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of “ Dhofar Food and Investment Company ”, formerly known as “Dhofar Feed Company”, and “ Al-Masa Capital Limited ” in the UAE.

He has more than 24 years of banking experience, during which he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Muscat between 1999 and 2011, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Salam Bank in Bahrain.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Border Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
