• Board of Directors of the Saudi Chemical Holding Company, the Executive Committee, and the Risk Committee of the same company since January 2025.
• Board of Directors of Salam Telecom Company , and Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the same company since January 2024.
• Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company , and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the same company since January 2024.
• Risk Committee at Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) since August 2021.
• Audit Committee of the Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) since June 2022.

He held several positions at the Saudi Chemical Holding Company , including: Chief Holding Affairs Officer between 2020 and 2024, Secretary of the Board of Directors between 2017 and 2024,  Group Director of Risk Management and Internal Fraud Control, and Director of Governance and Shareholder Affairs between 2016 and 2020. 

He also held the position of Director of the Follow-up Unit in the Investigation Department at the Capital Market Authority between 2014 and 2016, and Investigation Officer at the same entity between 2010 and 2014, and Credit Risk Manager at Amlak International Real Estate Finance Company between 2007 and 2010.

He worked as an Assistant Manager at Seder Group Trading and Contracting Company between 2006 and 2007, and held several positions at Arab National Bank, namely: Assistant Head of the Group’s Risk and Credit Management Department between 2002 and 2005, Senior Executive Assistant between 2000 and 2002, and Credit Assistant between 1997 and 2000.

He has more than 25 years of experience in management, investment and banking.

He participated in a number of conferences inside and outside the Kingdom, in addition to obtaining local and international accredited training certificates in project management, financial markets, risk management and investigation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration.
