He is the Chairman of Injazat Data Systems Company (Injazat) , Emirates Defence Industries Company (EDIC) , and Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management Company (ADMM).

He is also a board member of several companies, including: “ Abu Dhabi Global Market ” since October 19, 2021, “ Dar Al-Ta’min Company ” since 2018, “Global Foundries Company”, “Yas Marina Circuit”, and “ Nawah Energy Company ”.

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management in 2000 from George Washington University in the United States, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Operations Management from Boston University in the same country.
