Khaled Abdullah Al Marzouqi

CEO of National Central Cooling Company “Tabreed” since May 17, 2021, United Arab Emirates.

He has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, having held several positions at Dolphin Energy Limited since joining in 2005, including: Chief Operating Officer between 2005 and 2021, Senior Vice President of Technical Services between 2009 and 2014, and Senior Manager of Natural Gas in the Marketing and Commercial Relations Department between 2005 and 2009.

He also held the position of Executive Director at the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi between 2008 and 2009, where he was responsible for the Public Transport Department. He also worked as a Senior Maintenance Manager at two power generation and water desalination plants in the Western Region at the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority for 9 years, and as a Petroleum Engineer at the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) between 1992 and 1995.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering in 1992 from the United Arab Emirates University .
