Khalaf Sultan bin Rashid Al Dhaheri

Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Abu Dhabi National Islamic Finance Company", the Islamic financial and banking operations arm of "National Bank of Abu Dhabi", United Arab Emirates. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Abu Dhabi National Properties Company", and a member of the Board of Directors of " Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company " since 2019, and " Amanat Holding Company" "Amanat " since June 10, 2022, "Islamic Development Bank", and "Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade". He was a member of the Board of Directors of " Dar Al Takaful Company " between 2020 and 2022, and held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at "National Bank of Abu Dhabi", Executive General Manager and Head of Risk Management at the same bank, Chief Operating Officer at "National Bank of Abu Dhabi", and General Manager and Deputy Head of Risk Management at the same bank. He chaired the Board of Directors of "Al Wathba Central Services Company", and "Masar Solutions Company". He also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Drake & Scull International, Abu Dhabi Investment Company, Al Rayan Bank, National Takaful Company, Abu Dhabi National Sukuk Investment Fund, and a member of the Audit Committee of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). He holds an MBA from Zayed University, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate from the California Board of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
