He served as Director General of the Dubai Health Authority between 2001 and 2012, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Noor Dubai Charitable Foundation between 2008 and 2012, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services between 2006 and 2012, and the Al Nasr Cultural and Sports Club between 2008. And 2010.
He was also Executive Director of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai (Dubai Economy) between 1994 and 2001, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences between 2007 and 2012. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of “ Dubai Healthcare City ” and the “ Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai ” between 2003 and 2012, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “ Mohammed Bin Rashid College of Government .”He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1993 from Teikyo University in Japan.
