He was also Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of the Rosier Group between June 2018 and November 2022.

He held the position of General Manager at Borealis in France between 2008 and 2022, Babcock & Brown in Austria between 2001 and 2004, Vice President Treasury and Risk Management at Swiss International Air Lines between 2004 and 2006, and CFO at IDENTEC Solutions in Austria between 2002 and 2001.

He has 16 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.

He holds a Diploma in Business Administration in 1993 from the University of Mannheim in Germany, and completed the Business Sustainability Program in 2018 from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.
