Jamila Al Hamli

Lawyer, legal activist and soft power strategist.

She is the Chairwoman of the “Al Jawhara Women’s Council” affiliated with the “ Dubai Courts ”, and a member of the “ Emirates Association of Lawyers and Legal Professionals ”, the “ Emirates Human Rights Association ”, and the “ Women’s Renaissance Association ”.

She is also a candidate for the Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Dubai in 2023.

She held the position of Executive Director and Treasurer of the Emirates Human Rights Association, and Head of the Rehabilitation and Training Committee of the same association. She was also a candidate for the Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Dubai in 2019.

She has 23 years of experience working in Dubai Courts.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law in 2018 from the Dubai Police Academy , a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics in 2014, and a Diploma in Combating Human Trafficking Crimes in 2016.
