He currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Business Consulting practice at Ernst & Young (EY) Middle East and North Africa —one of the world’s foremost professional services firms.

With over 12 years of experience, Izzat has been instrumental in shaping and executing development programs and national strategies in partnership with governments, semi-government entities, and leading private sector organizations. His work spans the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, where he has led high-impact transformation initiatives across several priority sectors, including:

• Public sector modernization and citizen-centric service delivery
• Human-centered real estate development and livable urban design
• Special economic zones and investor-focused service delivery
• Retail service transformation and customer experience enhancement

He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Marketing from Middlesex University, UK (2022), a Diploma in Media Communication from the American University of Beirut (2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Science from the same university (2011).
