Director of the “ Sharjah Government Legal Department ” since July 2020, United Arab Emirates.

He joined the Sharjah Ruler’s Office in 2004 and rose through the ranks, where he was a legal researcher in the office’s legal department, head of the legal affairs department, and a legal advisor.

• Member of the Board of Trustees of Khorfakkan University.
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Social Security Fund .
• Member of the Organizational Structures Committee in the Emirate of Sharjah.
• Chairman of the Sharjah Emirate Committee for the Federal National Council Elections between 2019 and 2023.
• Member of the Supreme Committee for Elections of the “ Sharjah Consultative Council ” and Head of the Electoral Appeals Committee in the same council during 2023.
• General Coordinator of the Sharjah Debt Settlement Committee.
• Member of the Future Legislation Committee at the General Secretariat of the Federal Cabinet.
• Member of the UAE National Plan Team for the Next 50 Years.
• Member of the Emirates Association of Lawyers and Legal Practitioners .

He has a number of legal publications and research papers on various topics, including: legislative work mechanisms in the United Arab Emirates, proposing federal laws in the UAE, regulatory legislation in the UAE, and the legal organization of the Consultative Council elections in the Emirate of Sharjah.

He studied at the University of Sharjah , where he obtained a PhD in Public Law, a Master’s degree in the same specialization, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, in addition to a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center , and a Higher Diploma in Business and Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology .
