He held a number of positions at the National Bank of Kuwait, including: Group Head of Human Resources between 2010 and 2014, Assistant General Manager and Head of Human Resources Group between 2009 and 2010, and Head of Human Resources Operations and Recruitment between 2003 and 2010.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2009 from the American University of Beirut , and a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology in 1990 from Kuwait University .
